I loved the staff Everyone was really professional especially the lady that checked me in. Her name was Nicole and she was extremely thorough and relatable. She took her time with me and was very attentive to my needs and the needs of the other guests as they were coming in. The kitchen staff was also great. They went out of their way to cook something different due to my inability to eat pork. They all just went way beyond what was necessary to make me feel welcome and comfortable

Every single staff person i encountered was genuinely happy and nice and talked to my kids and made their stay better in my opinion. my kids speak and say hi to everyone and some people just ignore or say hi. everyone kinda had little conversations with them for instance when i was checking in or at breakfast or even just in lobby. made the boys feel important.

Our stay was nice and quiet. Room was clean..Bed was comfortable. We forgot a few items but was able to step out and go next door to the 7/11 store and come back. Breakfast was good. You had a choice between making waffles. They also had bacon, eggs, oatmeal, pastries, cereals, coffee, juices available. Would stay again.
